The Archdiocesan Stewardship Appeal has established the following giving societies to recognize the generosity of our most loyal donors.
Friends of the Stewardship Appeal
Our largest giving society honors those who have demonstrated their dedication to the Stewardship Appeal with a gift of $1000. or more. The support of such generous donors is the foundation of the Stewardship Appeal's success. Members of the Friends of the Appeal ensure that the archdiocese is able to continue its mission to provide vital services across our 10 counties. We recognize their dedication by honoring them in our year-end Catholic New York insert.
Assembly of Stewards
The Assembly of Stewards is the most prestigious of the Stewardship Appeal's giving societies. Established in 1993, this distinct group is compromised of many philanthropic leaders who have demonstrated their commitment to a vibrant and financially solvent Church in New York with a commitment of $5,000 or more. These exemplary leaders of the archdiocese will receive personal thank and recognition from His Eminence, Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan and they will be honored in a special year-end Catholic New York insert.
